Shipping policy

Hi! Thank you so much for shopping with Reed's Rubber Ducks and Sensory Shop.

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.  Because many of my items are handmade or made to order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before you order ships.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.  

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders should arrive within 3 to 7 business days after being shipped.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.  I'm not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. 

Once your package is with the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages.  However, if you run into any issues, please reach out and I'll do my best to help.
